Sawdust briquettes, like sawdust pellets, are made from biomass: birch, ash, oak, black alder and other deciduous trees, as well as sawdust from larch, larch, pine, fir, yew and other coniferous trees. The most popular type of briquettes in Lithuania are sawdust briquettes made from birch shavings and sawdust. Birch briquettes are characterized by a large amount of thermal energy, low moisture level and low possibility of mold formation. While generating heat, they practically do not release any harmful components from the environment that could harm the environment or human health. It is worth emphasizing that birch wood briquettes are stored for a long time without losing their quality properties. These briquettes can also be used for grilling or barbecues.
