Peat-wood briquettes are an environmentally friendly solid fuel product made from compressed wood sawdust. These briquettes are exceptionally efficient and hot. Their burning time is 5-7 times longer than firewood and slightly shorter than coal. Wood briquettes are easy to store and use in solid fuel boilers, fireplaces and home heating. Their thermal energy content is higher than wood, and due to strong compression, the briquettes burn for a long time. Ash from wood briquettes is useful for ecological enrichment of the soil with fertilizers.
